HugoBank in Karachi seeks an experienced senior audit leader to oversee the Management Audit unit, planning and executing risk-based assurance over bank functions, processes, policies and governance. role ensures SBP compliance and aligns with IIA, COSO and IFRS standards.

The candidate will plan audits, supervise staff, review controls, and deliver actionable recommendations; engage with stakeholders and improve QA programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional Certifications such as CIA, ACCA, CA or CPA.

Responsabilités

• Develop the annual management audit plan and risk assessment.
• Plan, scope and supervise audits of a digital bank across financial, operational and management areas.
• Review design and operating effectiveness of processes, internal controls, policies and delegations of authority.
• Draft and finalize audit reports with risk-rated findings and recommendations; present to stakeholders.
• Track management action plans and validate closure of findings.
• Apply and improve audit methodology, templates, and QA practices.
• Introduce data analytics and continuous auditing techniques where practical.
