Job summary

PARCO - Pak-Arab Refinery Limited is seeking a Group Head – HR Transformation & Projects to lead HR digitization, process optimization, performance management, and organization effectiveness. The role focuses on people analytics and delivering practical HR solutions across the business.

You will work closely with HR leadership, IT and key stakeholders to manage HR technology implementations and ongoing improvements aligned with PARCO’s priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with HR transformation, projects, HRIS, and organization development.
• Knowledge of HR analytics, dashboards and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive HR transformation initiatives across PARCO including digitization and process optimization.
• Coordinate cross-functional HR projects related to digitization, workforce planning and org effectiveness.
• Review and improve HR processes to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
• Lead implementation of HR technology platforms, including SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
• Coordinate change management and user adoption for HR initiatives.
• Support PMP, calibration and PIP framework administration and enhancement.
• Assist in job analysis, organization structure reviews, grading and role architecture.
• Support succession planning, talent reviews, analytics, and capability assessments.
• Prepare HR dashboards, reports and people analytics for decision making.
• Collaborate with HR Partners, Rewards, Shared Services, IT and external consultants.
• Develop project documentation, SOPs, business requirements, user guides and plans.
• Monitor timelines, risks and deliverables; identify opportunities for improvement.
