Bits Generation is seeking an IT Intern to join our Karachi office for a full-time onsite role. You will support day-to-day IT operations, from setting up desktops to troubleshooting networks and hardware for staff across departments.

The role emphasizes practical IT skills, reliability, and ownership, with training to handle office IT infrastructure and user support. Recent graduates or current students are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Candidates studying or with a degree/diploma in IT, CS, Networking, or related field preferred.
• No prior experience required; technical capability and reliability are key.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of IT tasks in a multi-department office.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain desktops and laptops for staff.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues (keyboard, monitor, RAM, etc.).
• Install/update Windows OS (Windows 10/11) and manage licensing.
• Manage LAN with switches/routers; maintain cabling.
• Troubleshoot internet connectivity; coordinate with ISP.
• Configure and secure office Wi‑Fi networks.
• Maintain printers, scanners, and peripherals.
• Assist in basic server room maintenance and asset tracking.
