Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to learners.
• Prior teaching or corporate training experience preferred.
• On-site availability for Karachi sessions.
• Strong classroom management and mentoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead live, on-site cybersecurity classes in Karachi.
• Deliver practical instruction across core concepts, tools and workflows.
• Conduct hands-on labs, demonstrations and security simulations.
• Guide students through individual and team projects.
• Mentor learners on challenges, certifications, and career paths.
• Review assignments, labs, assessments and final projects.
• Provide structured feedback to improve performance.
• Ensure curriculum stays practical and aligned with real-world roles.
• Collaborate with academic and program teams to improve delivery.
• Track learner progress and engagement.
• Support demo sessions and technical activities as needed.
