Job summary

Edversity in Islamabad is launching a Data & Analytics Engineering Program and seeks a Lead Instructor with 4+ years in data platforms to deliver a 12-week, 96-hour live course. You will teach live sessions, review work, mentor capstone projects, and assess learners for referrals.

The role runs alongside a full-time engineering job, with evenings and weekly clinics supported by reviewers and a cohort manager. Strong English/Urdu communication is required.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or data platform roles.
• Experience owning or supporting production data platforms.
• Strong SQL and Python skills.
• Practical experience with dbt, cloud warehouses, and orchestration tools.
• Experience handling production data incidents and governance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver live teaching sessions and run weekly clinics.
• Review student work and mentor capstone projects.
• Lead code reviews and ensure curriculum alignment with industry practices.
• Prepare learners for analytics engineering and BI roles.
• Support graduates for employer referrals and network access.
