About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong Blockchain Lead Instructor to lead the delivery of an intensive, project-driven blockchain specialization program in Karachi.

The role requires someone who understands blockchain beyond basic concepts and can teach learners how decentralized applications, smart contracts, blockchain infrastructure, wallets, tokens, and Web3 systems are actually built.

The instructor will lead classroom delivery, practical coding sessions, projects, technical mentoring, and student evaluations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead live, on-site blockchain classes in Karachi.
• Deliver technical instruction through practical demonstrations, coding sessions, and projects.
• Teach blockchain fundamentals as well as real-world development workflows.
• Guide learners in developing smart contracts and decentralized applications.
• Conduct practical exercises involving wallets, transactions, tokens, and blockchain networks.
• Mentor students while they build individual and team projects.
• Review code, assignments, technical exercises, and final projects.
• Help students understand blockchain architecture, security, scalability, and development best practices.
• Ensure program delivery remains aligned with current industry tools and practices.
• Collaborate with the academic and program teams on curriculum improvements.
• Track learner progress and provide structured feedback.
• Support technical evaluations, demos, hackathons, or project showcases when required.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant software engineering, blockchain development, Web3, or decentralized application development experience.
• Strong hands-on programming skills.
• Demonstrable experience building blockchain-based applications, smart contracts, protocols, or related systems.
• Strong understanding of blockchain architecture and development workflows.
• Prior teaching, mentoring, technical training, or workshop experience is preferred.
• Ability to explain technically complex concepts in a clear and practical manner.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Ability to guide learners through code debugging and project development.
• Must be available for regular on-site sessions in Karachi.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong GitHub portfolio or demonstrable blockchain projects.
• Experience contributing to production blockchain applications.
• Experience with smart contract testing and security.
• Understanding of token economics and decentralized systems.
• Participation in hackathons, open-source projects, protocols, or Web3 communities.
• Experience working with multiple blockchain ecosystems is a plus.
