Job summary

Want More is seeking a Junior Concierge for its Faisalabad location. You will greet guests, manage check-in/check-out, assist with luggage and transportation, and coordinate dining and entertainment reservations to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Assist guests with luggage, transportation arrangements, and other requests
• Provide recommendations and make reservations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions
• Communicate effectively with various departments to fulfill guest requests
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
• Handle any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
