Job summary

PPOAR in Lahore, Pakistan, is seeking a Concierge - Hospitality Assistant to greet and check-in guests, offer tailored recommendations for local attractions and dining, and respond to guest inquiries so every stay starts smoothly and pleasantly.

You will coordinate with hotel staff, assist with luggage and reservations, answer phones and emails, keep the lobby clean and organized, and adapt to flexible hours including nights and weekends; training will be provided for those new to hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or tourism degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be willing to work without prior experience; training will be provided.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds of luggage if necessary.
