Job summary

Compass Design Co. is seeking a GTM Engineer to build and optimise GTM infrastructure that identifies prospects, automates processes, and scales growth workflows.

You will work with AI tools, APIs, and no-code/low-code platforms to automate lead generation, data enrichment, segmentation, and qualification, and to integrate various tools for efficient sales workflows.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years hands-on GTM Engineer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–4 years of hands-on experience as a GTM Engineer
• Strong understanding of GTM systems, automation, and growth infrastructure
• Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, APIs, and no-code/low-code tools
• Ability to build and automate lead generation and prospecting workflows
• Experience with data enrichment, lead scraping, segmentation, and qualification
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, outreach automation, and sales workflows
• Ability to integrate different tools and platforms to create efficient GTM workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to experiment, optimize, and continuously improve GTM systems
