Zones, LLC is seeking a Solution Architect - GSCaaS to design tailored solutions, engage with clients, and guide project transitions. The role requires strong experience in solution design and pre-sales within managed services, plus the ability to translate requirements into scalable services.

You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Solution Engineering, and Project Management to deliver value-driven outcomes while aligning with organizational policies and goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in solution design, pre-sales, or service delivery roles in managed services or GSCaaS environments.
• Ability to translate client requirements into practical, scalable service solutions.
• Experience cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Solution Engineering and Project Management.
• Proven ability to define service scope and align solutions with business goals.
• Commercial acumen with upselling experience.
• Strong understanding of project constraints including risk, timelines, and resources.

Responsibilities

• Understand and analyze client’s requirements around Zones GSCaaS Solution offering.
• Document and monitor client’s services requirements and goals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Supply chain, Solution Engineering, Project Management and SMEs to design tailored solutions.
• Propose and upsell value-added services.
• Account for risks, timeline, and resource constraints.
• Coordinate project turnover with delivery teams.
• Engage with customer stakeholders to ensure alignment with policies.
