Job summary

Flipdish is seeking a Special Projects Associate within Growth Operations to turn high-potential ideas into measurable initiatives. You will work across Product, Operations, Analytics, and commercial teams to coordinate projects spanning AI Marketing, Google Business Profile, operational automation, and other growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional projects end to end with clear objectives and timelines.
• Use data to identify problems, size opportunities, and prioritise initiatives.
• Support delivery across AI Marketing, Google Business Profile, and operational automation.
• Create clear project updates, trackers, and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Identify blockers early and drive work through to completion with attention to detail.
• Measure impact of initiatives and recommend iteration or closure.
