Job summary

Telerelation is seeking a creative and growth-focused Marketing Analyst to lead the marketing strategy for Poncho.pk, one of Pakistan’s fastest-growing sports-tech platforms. Poncho.pk enables players to discover, book, and play sports while building the country’s largest social network for athletes.

As Marketing Analyst, you will drive user acquisition, engagement, and brand positioning across digital and on-ground channels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3+ years of marketing experience in tech, startups, or consumer brands.
Strong grasp of digital and performance marketing strategies.
Hands-on experience with social media management and paid campaigns.
Proficiency with Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
Excellent content writing and communication skills.
Creative thinker with ability to execute ideas.
Fast-paced, ownership-driven environment.
Interest in sports and community platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop growth-focused marketing plans aligned with product goals.
Plan campaigns to increase app downloads, bookings, retention and engagement.
Own Poncho.pk social channels with regular, high-quality content.
Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns across Meta and Google.
Collaborate with Product Manager to market new features and events.
Promote player profiles, memberships, and loyalty programs.
Track KPIs (CAC, engagement, conversions) and optimize campaigns.
Coordinate with facilities, influencers, and community leaders to expand brand reach.
Ensure consistent brand voice across touchpoints.
