Job summary

Binance seeks a data-driven Growth Lead for Pakistan to drive user acquisition, engagement and brand growth. You will partner with regional leadership to tailor growth programs, manage local KOLs, and run cross-channel campaigns that scale across web and app platforms.

You will own offline activations, O2O storytelling, and SEO/ASO while coordinating with international partners. A hands-on leader, you will build and mentor a local growth team in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in growth, marketing or user acquisition in internet/fintech.
• Deep understanding of the Pakistan market, digital landscape, user behavior, regulatory environment, and growth channels.
• Omnichannel growth expertise with paid ads, influencer marketing, offline activations, and O2O growth strategies.
• Strong knowledge of fintech; crypto/blockchain experience preferred.
• Proven track record managing performance budgets at scale.
• Data-driven with dashboards, funnel analysis, attribution models, and growth experimentation frameworks.
• OKR-driven work culture experience.
• Experience building and leading a team with a hands-on leadership style.
• Execution-oriented mindset with scrappiness in resource-constrained environments.
• Strong coordination, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Regional Marketing Lead to tailor growth strategies for Pakistan, aligned with global objectives.
• Lead localized product campaigns, growth experiments, and lifecycle programs across web and app channels.
• Own full-funnel growth across channels: paid acquisition via Meta, Google, TikTok and other networks.
• Identify, onboard and manage local KOLs, content creators and brand ambassadors.
• Plan and execute offline activations, university tours, community events and partnerships.
• Design online-to-offline growth loops with local merchant partnerships.
• Manage SEO/ASO, community channels, social presence and referral programs.
• Localize global campaigns for Pakistani users.
• Map end-to-end user journey and optimize conversion at each stage.
• Leverage analytics to monitor campaigns and improve ROI.
• Experiment with new channels and creatives to unlock incremental growth.
• Shape Binance brand presence in Pakistan in a creative and compliant way.
• Build, lead and mentor a high-performing local growth team.
