Job summary

Devsinc is seeking an Associate Business Developer to support the Business Development team in Staff Augmentation and Lead Generation. You will collaborate with Sales, Recruitment, and Delivery teams to convert qualified leads into long-term staffing partnerships and meet monthly targets.

The role requires at least 1 year of IT staffing experience, strong English communication, and proven success in outreach and proposal writing. You will manage pipelines and work toward aggressive monthly KPIs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in IT Staff Augmentation, Business Development, Lead Generation or B2C tech sales.
Proven success in LinkedIn outreach and email based lead generation.
Strong experience in proposal writing, RFP responses, and contract negotiation.
Strong written communication skills with excellent English fluency.

Responsibilities

Execute LinkedIn Outreach (Sales Navigator) and cold email campaigns for lead generation, follow-ups, and meeting booking.
Run multi-touch outreach sequences using tools like Apollo, Lemlist, Mailshake, Instantly, etc.
Apply on relevant job portals to generate qualified IT staffing opportunities.
Prepare customized proposals, RFP responses, and client communications aligned with requirements.
Qualify and nurture B2C outbound leads through structured follow-ups.
Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified leads, proposals, and closed contracts.
Focus on staffing roles across Full-Stack, iOS and Mobile, AI/ML, Data Engineering, Python, DevOps, Shopify, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Meet and exceed monthly KPIs for leads, proposals, and contracts closed.
