Octacer is seeking a Senior Business Developer in Lahore to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong client relationships. You will manage outreach, follow-ups, and proposals while coordinating with marketing and operations to drive growth.

The role requires 3–4 years in BD or sales, strong communication, and proficiency in CRM and MS Office. You will work in a target-driven environment within a growing tech company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, or a similar client-facing role.
• Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and business development.
• Strong market research and competitor analysis experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through lead generation and market research.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
• Conduct market, industry, and competitor research to identify trends and risks.
• Prepare proposals, pitches, presentations, and business plans.
• Manage the sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Coordinate with marketing, operations, and internal teams for smooth execution.
• Track market trends and report to management.
