Job summary

ACE Money Transfer is looking for a Mid-level Acquisition Growth Analyst in Lahore to own the analytical owner of our customer acquisition engine. You will focus on referrals, affiliates, associates, and product-led growth loops while also measuring activation, retention, and transaction patterns.

You will identify leaks in the acquisition funnel, design experiments, quantify impact, and defend the numbers to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in customer acquisition, growth analytics, product analytics, or marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end performance analysis of the Invite a Friend referral programme and other acquisition channels.
• Model referral unit economics and CAC, LTV, and payback by corridor.
• Design incentive structures and measure program virality and abuse patterns.
• Analyze the full acquisition funnel from traffic to first/second transaction.
• Track channel performance and CAC by source; recommend budget shifts.
• Design, instrument, and read out A/B tests and growth experiments.
