Job summary

The Citizen Foundation is seeking a detail‑obsessed Digital Analyst to be the analytical backbone of our global growth team. This role supports paid acquisition, retail funnel, SEO/AEO, and website by turning raw data into clear, actionable intelligence and by owning the data layer that powers growth decisions.

You will build dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI, interrogate CRM funnels in Salesforce, and present findings to senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up and maintaining digital analytics infrastructure.
• Ability to build dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI for reporting.
• Experience with Salesforce analytics and CRM funnels.
• Strong communication of insights to senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with attribution and cross-channel analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics infrastructure including GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and dashboards.
• Build and maintain dashboards for campaign reporting and executive visibility.
• Produce regular reports for GM, Global Growth and senior stakeholders.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and narratives.
