Job summary

9D Technologies is seeking a skilled user acquisition professional to design and drive mobile app installation and engagement strategies from our Pakistan office. You will manage multi-channel campaigns across platforms like Google and Facebook, analyze performance metrics, and optimize budgets for ROI.

Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams while testing new channels and tactics to fuel growth. A strong portfolio of campaigns and proficiency with analytics tools are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in user acquisition for mobile apps.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience with multi-channel campaigns and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Design and execute user acquisition strategies to drive installs and engagement.
• Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google, Facebook, and other networks.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor CPI, CPA, LTV, ROAS and adjust budgets for ROI.
• Budget Management: Allocate and manage acquisition budgets effectively.
• Market Research: Identify opportunities and monitor industry trends.
• Collaboration: Align efforts with marketing, product, and analytics teams.
• Reporting: Provide detailed performance reports and insights.
• Innovation: Test new channels and tactics to drive growth.
• A/B Testing: Implement experiments to optimize creatives and targeting.
• Proven experience in mobile UA with a strong campaign portfolio.
• Expertise in digital marketing channels including Google Ads and Facebook.
• Knowledge of app analytics and tracking tools (Appsflyer, Adjust) is a plus.
