Job summary

Chase Up in Multan (Punjab) is hiring a 3P Shelf Boy PT Grocery to support daily shelf maintenance and stock replenishment. You will arrange products on shelves per planogram, ensure accurate pricing and labeling, and assist customers in locating items while keeping displays neat and inviting.

The role requires at least matriculation and up to 1 year of relevant experience. You will rotate stock using FIFO, monitor expiry dates, participate in receiving and sorting, and follow safety and hygiene

Qualifications

• Matriculation is the minimum education requirement.
• 1 year of relevant retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Arrange and replenish products on shelves according to the planogram and department requirements.
• Ensure proper product display, pricing, labeling, and cleanliness of shelves.
• Check stock availability and inform the supervisor about low-stock or out-of-stock items.
• Rotate products using the FIFO (First In, First Out) method to minimize expiry and wastage.
• Check product expiry dates and remove expired or damaged products.
• Assist customers in locating products and provide basic product information.
• Support receiving, unpacking, sorting, and movement of stock when required.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the assigned area.
• Ensure products are properly faced and displayed throughout the shift.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Department Manager.
