Job summary

GSK is seeking a role focusing on leading daily deployment of the GPS at a manufacturing site in Pakistan. You will work with site leaders, engineers, and operators to embed practical continuous improvement practices, coaching teams, and delivering measurable gains in safety, quality and cost.

You will translate site strategy into improvement priorities, run GPS activities, and share best practices with regional colleagues while supporting GPS roll-out across the site network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (engineering, pharmacy, biotech, biochemistry, science).
• 1-3 years' experience in a pharmaceutical or FMCG environment (production, engineering, quality, or logistics).
• Practical experience delivering continuous improvement initiatives with measurable results.
• Basic Lean or Six Sigma certification (e.g., Green Belt or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day deployment of the GPS and run site improvement activities.
• Translate site strategy into clear improvement priorities using structured deployment.
• Coach and train multidisciplinary teams on GPS tools and standard problem-solving methods.
• Run GPS self-assessments, identify maturity gaps and support closure actions.
• Deliver improvements with measurable safety, quality, service and cost impact.
• Share practical examples and best practices with regional GPS colleagues and support roll-out.
