Job summary

GSK is seeking a proactive GPS Deployment Lead to manage daily rollout of the GSK Production System at our Karachi site. You will train engineers and operators, embed practical continuous improvement, and drive measurable gains in safety, quality, service, and cost.

Your hands-on coaching will translate strategy into prioritized actions and empower cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s in engineering or related field, 1–3 years in pharma or FMCG, Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, pharmacy, biotechnology, biochemistry, science, or related technical field.
1-3 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical or FMCG environment (production, engineering, quality, or logistics).

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day deployment of GPS and run site improvement activities.
Translate site strategy into clear improvement priorities using structured strategy deployment.
Coach and train multidisciplinary teams on GPS tools and standard problem-solving methods.
Run GPS self-assessments, identify maturity gaps and support gap-closure actions.
Deliver improvements that measurably impact safety, quality, service and cost.
Share practical examples and best practices with regional GPS colleagues and support roll-out activities.
