About the Role

We're hiring a hands-on AI Implementer to design, build, and run AI-powered workflows and agents that remove manual work for RepStack and the teams we serve.

This is not a research or model-training role. You ship working systems into real operations and own them after launch.

What You'll Do

• Build agentic systems that choose tools, manage context, and complete multi-step tasks.
• Implement MCP (or equivalent) to manage tools, context, and memory in production.
• Integrate AI with CRMs, APIs, webhooks, and data sources (e.g., GoHighLevel, Slack, Google Workspace) [confirm tool stack].
• Build and version prompts, orchestration flows, and RAG pipelines.
• Set up evaluation and monitoring for hallucinations, regressions, latency, and cost.
• Use AI daily in your own work: code, testing, debugging, documentation.
• Document every build (SOPs/runbooks) so non-technical teams can run it.
• Work with TA, CSM, and Ops teams to find and automate high-impact workflows.
• Stay current on models, tools, and agentic patterns, and turn learnings into improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years building and running production software or automation systems.
• Hands‑on experience with real agentic AI systems (tool selection, multi‑step execution).
• Experience with MCP or similar approaches for tools, context, and memory.
• Solid grasp of AI models: names and versions, context window limits, system vs. user prompts, and latency/cost/quality trade-offs.
• Experience with both commercial/hosted and open-source models.
• Experience integrating AI with APIs, databases, and real‑world services.
• Ability to evaluate AI beyond accuracy: reliability, hallucination risk, traceability, safety.
• Understanding of scaling concerns: latency, cost optimization, caching, parallelization, RAG vs. fine‑tuning.
• Proven record of taking AI systems from prototype to production, with awareness of common failure modes.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a small, empowered team.
• Strong written and spoken English for US/Canada client‑facing work.
