AWAREmed Health & Wellness Resource Center is seeking an AI Automation Architect & GoHighLevel Systems Builder to design, implement, and continuously improve integrated automation systems that support efficient, personalized service.

The successful candidate will translate business workflows into reliable AI-assisted systems, build scalable GoHighLevel solutions, and connect operational tools across marketing, client engagement, scheduling, reporting, and internal processes.

Qualifications

• Advanced GoHighLevel experience with CRM architecture, workflows and reporting.
• Strong understanding of AI automation, prompt design, agent-assisted workflows, process mapping and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, Zapier, Make.com, native integrations, data mapping and troubleshooting.
• Experience with GoHighLevel, Make.com, GitHub, OpenAI or Claude APIs, REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, error handling and human-approval workflows.
• Familiarity with Netlify, Google Workspace, QuickBooks integrations, JavaScript, Python and HIPAA-aware automation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement automated workflows, pipelines, campaigns, forms, calendars, triggers, and follow-up sequences in GoHighLevel.
• Identify manual processes and convert them into documented, measurable automation solutions.
• Integrate AI tools and third-party platforms through APIs, webhooks, connectors, and structured data flows.
• Develop quality controls, testing procedures, documentation, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with healthcare, wellness, marketing, and operations stakeholders to gather requirements and improve user experience.
• Maintain system security.
