JKTabak seeks a Sales Manager to lead the Islamabad wholesale team, handling enquiries through quotations, samples, orders and shipments. You will coach executives, maintain the 24-hour reply promise, and monitor regional performance with a focus on European buyers.

The role requires strong English, wholesale/export experience, CRM discipline, and the ability to manage a fast-paced pipeline. On-site in E-11, Islamabad, salaries PKR 60,000–70,000 with negotiable bonuses explained at interview.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading a sales team, ideally wholesale/export.
• Excellent English and confident negotiation with importers.
• Disciplined CRM review and pipeline hygiene.
• The patience to train people over weeks, not days.

Aufgaben

• Set targets by market and review weekly results with executives.
• Review quotations, especially volume-based pricing for large orders.
• Ensure enquiries are answered within 24 hours and log follow-ups.
• Coach executives on pricing, packaging, customs support, and closing orders.
• Report pipeline, wins and losses to the owner.
