Job summary

Global Shisha Tobacco in Islamabad, Pakistan, seeks a Sales Executive to handle bulk quotations. You will reply to quote requests, verify import rules, and prepare written quotations under FOB/CIF/EXW terms. The role requires on-site presence in E-11, with quick written and verbal English for Gulf and European buyers.

Bonuses apply; salary ranges from PKR 50,000 to PKR 60,000 per month, negotiable by experience. Office on site with room for advancement as the team grows.

Qualifications

• Fluent written English.
• Confidence speaking English on calls with Gulf and European buyers.
• Care with numbers: kilos, cartons, container loads and price per kilo.
• The habit of checking a rule before stating it to a buyer.
• On site in E-11, Islamabad, Pakistan, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM; working days confirmed at interview.

Responsibilities

• Reply to quote requests from importers, distributors and wholesalers and collect destination, quantity and specification.
• Check the destination country's rules before offering a specification.
• Prepare written quotations on the agreed shipping term and explain charges.
• Follow up every open quotation until it is accepted, declined or parked.
• Record each conversation and next step in the CRM the same day.
