FF Enterprises in Faisalabad, Pakistan invites an experienced Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting for an owner-operated import/export trading business. You will work closely with the owner and operations team in a hands-on, small-team environment.

Responsibilities include day-to-day bookkeeping, monthly reports (trial balance, P&L, balance sheets), AP/AR, export/import cost entries, VAT returns and basic payroll, with on-site morning shifts. Proficiency in Tally and Excel is required.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years accounting experience, preferably with import/export trading operations.
• Proven bookkeeping and accounting with computerized accounting software (Tally).
• Knowledge of recording import/export related costs: freight, CIF/FOB terms, customs duties, insurance entries.
• Experience preparing trial balances, P&L and balance sheets, reconciliations and bank statement matching.
• Knowledge of Pakistan sales tax/VAT rules and filing procedures; ability to maintain supporting documentation.
• Accounts payable/receivable schedules, aging reports and collections follow-up.
• Competent with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reconciliations).
• Basic payroll processing and understanding of statutory deductions.
• Good communication for coordination with logistics providers, customs brokers and suppliers.

• VAT/sales tax compliance: prepare and submit accurate sales tax/VAT returns and maintain supporting records.
• Basic payroll processing and statutory record keeping.
