Job summary

Mashreq NEO CORP in Pakistan seeks an experienced Trade Operations professional to manage document checking and export/import processes in line with bank policies and ICC guidelines. The role covers processing across various business segments and coordinating with onshore teams for seamless client delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in Trade Operations, with 2–3 years in document checking, and strong communication, detail orientation, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Trade Operations.
• Document checking experience of 2-3 years is a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and analytical abilities.
• Able to work under pressure and be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Document checking against L/C or SBLC per UCP/ISBP/ISP and ICC guidelines.
• Input documents into the system and prepare SWIFT for advising.
• Handle sanction checks of relevant parties in documents.
• Participate in ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Head.
• Ensure errors or knowledge gaps are addressed with the line manager.
