Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Business Development or Inside Sales in IT

Responsibilities

• Market research to identify potential client companies and decision-makers in US/UK/EU/APAC
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and Apollo.io to build target accounts
• Prepare market entry strategies and territory plans
• Outbound prospecting: cold calls, emails, LinkedIn requests to generate opportunities
• Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls with senior sales team
• Maintain CRM records and track weekly KPIs (calls, emails, meetings, pipeline)
• Participate in client meetings to learn sales process and pain points
• Assist in proposals, capability decks, and case studies for international clients
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships through the funnel
• Collaborate with marketing for campaign feedback in target regions
• Stay updated on IT trends and global business etiquette
• Participate in sales training and product knowledge sessions
