Job summary

Studywise in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations for a UK- or Australia-based education and study visa organization. You will manage counselling, admissions, visa and support teams, and ensure service quality across the organization.

The role requires 4–5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership, English proficiency, and a track record of implementing SOPs, workflows, and QA processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in education consultancy, study visa, admissions, or international education operations.
• Previous experience working for a UK-based or Australia-based education/study visa organization is highly preferred.
• Proven experience managing teams and operational processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong command of English and CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day business operations.
• Supervise counselling, admissions, visa, and support teams.
• Develop and implement SOPs, workflows, and quality-control processes.
• Monitor team performance, KPIs, productivity, and turnaround times.
• Oversee student cases and ensure timely processing and follow-ups.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure accurate documentation, record keeping, and CRM management.
• Coordinate with international offices, institutions, partners, and internal departments.
• Handle escalated student and operational issues.
• Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and staff training.
• Prepare regular operational reports for senior management.
• Ensure high standards of compliance, professionalism, and customer service.
