Job summary

CCL Pharmaceuticals seeks a data-driven Sales Force Effectiveness Analyst to optimize field force productivity across international markets. You will analyze territory coverage, customer segmentation, CRM adoption, and sales performance to identify opportunities for stronger commercial execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in Sales Force Effectiveness, Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics.
• Working knowledge of territory alignment, customer segmentation and targeting, call planning, and field force performance measurement.
• Experience with CRM systems, sales reporting, KPI dashboards, and commercial performance analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Analyze field force productivity, territory coverage, and customer segmentation to identify opportunities for improved commercial execution.
• Support territory optimization, promotional planning, budget monitoring, and standardized SFE reporting.
• Collaborate with country and cluster teams to strengthen field force effectiveness and data-driven decisions.
• Improve CRM adoption, data quality, and reporting discipline across markets.
• Monitor KPIs and translate performance trends into clear management reports.
