Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5–10 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Operations, or Commercial Analytics.
• Strong analytical capability with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Salesforce/SFDC or equivalent CRM platforms.

Responsabilités

• Lead customer profiling, segmentation, and targeting frameworks for high-potential healthcare professionals, pharmacies and institutions.
• Establish and monitor field execution standards: call-plan adherence, coverage, and CRM compliance.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and insights to support commercial decision-making and CRM data quality.
• Manage KOL profiling and engagement tracking, ensuring alignment with cross-functional plans and compliance.
• Develop and improve commercial SOPs, operating guidelines, and execution governance.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to diagnose business challenges and translate insights into improvement plans.
