Job summary

Roche is seeking a Pay Time Benefits Subject Matter Expert to support global PTB processes within HR Shared Services. You will handle payroll, time, and benefits activities, while ensuring high-quality service delivery and regulatory compliance.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration, process documentation, and training to empower teams and improve customer outcomes. Strong English communication and SAP/Workday experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Pay Time Benefits experience in a HR Shared Services environment.
• Strong knowledge of tax and social insurance within Pay Time Benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service on Pay Time & Benefits activities, including inquiry resolution and troubleshooting.
• Manage payroll, time and benefits related processes end-to-end.
• Serve as a single point of contact for internal escalations (Tier 2).
• Support process documentation, training, and data quality.
• Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives within PTB.
