Job summary

Paymentology Ltd. is seeking an Implementations Project Manager to lead client projects from handover through onboarding and go-live.

You will be the main coordination point for clients, internal teams, vendors, and card schemes, setting clear expectations, managing scope and timelines, and keeping risks visible. In this hands-on role, you’ll work across new client launches and additional phases for existing clients, partnering with Technical Implementation Managers and other teams to ensure

• Strong track record delivering client-facing projects, preferably in payments.
• Ability to manage scope, timelines and dependencies with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from handover through onboarding and go-live.
• Run client kick-off meetings and set objectives, scope and timelines.
• Build and maintain project plans with clear owners and milestones.
• Coordinate a portfolio of client implementations and changes.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies using RAID logs.
• Provide clear progress updates to clients and internal teams.
