Job description

• Manage end-to-end regional payment operations and ensure timely and accurate payments.
• Strong hands‑on understanding of banking portals, bank uploads, and payment files.
• Experience with Host-to-Host (H2H), MT940, and bank integrations.
• Good understanding of manual and auto bank reconciliation.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems and finance/payment processes.
• Ability to manage remote teams and regional stakeholders effectively.
• Strong focus on controls, process improvement, and automation.
• Good understanding and practical use of AI/automation tools to improve efficiency.
• Strong Excel, analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in e-commerce, fintech, technology, or other high‑volume businesses is preferred.
