Zones, LLC in Islamabad seeks a Program Manager - Global Service Partners to drive partner governance and performance across the global service delivery network. You will coordinate with senior leaders, IT, Procurement, and Finance to optimize engagements and ensure strategic alignment.

The role requires strong relationship management, analytical capabilities, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in partner management or program management in a global organization.
• Proven track record managing complex global partner relationships.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage partner relationships with senior leaders and serve as main liaison.
• Governance: define and monitor SLAs, contracts, and compliance.
• Coordinate with Service Delivery, IT, Procurement, and Finance for seamless execution.
• Lead performance improvement, dashboards, and reporting.
• Oversee risk management and contingency planning.
