Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in BPO or outbound engagement, strong English communication, and a readiness to work on-site during the 3PM–12AM shift.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a BPO, international call center, telesales or outbound engagement role.
• Able to hold genuine, articulate conversations and navigate objections.
• Excellent English communication with a neutral or international accent.
• Willingness to work on-site in Lahore for the 3PM–12AM shift.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to business prospects across international markets.
• Identify and engage decision-makers within target organizations.
• Schedule discovery calls and coordinate handovers to our senior team.
• Follow up consistently to nurture early-stage prospect relationships.
• Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all outreach activity in our CRM.
• Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure aligned messaging.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly outreach and scheduling targets.
