Job summary

Mohsyn is seeking a Manager – FP&A to partner with the CEO/CFO, shaping financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. You will build models, run scenarios, and provide insights to steer strategy as Mohsyn scales.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, investment banking, or similar finance role.
• Strong hands-on experience with financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting.
• Understanding of the three financial statements and how decisions flow through P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets to build robust models from scratch.
• Strong commercial thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to senior/non-finance stakeholders.
• Able to work closely with senior leadership with minimal hand-holding.
• Comfortable operating in a primarily remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve Mohsyn’s budgeting, forecasting, and planning processes.
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models covering revenue, costs, cash flow, headcount, and capital needs.
• Track performance vs budgets/forecasts; investigate variances and translate findings into recommendations.
• Develop scenario and sensitivity models for strategic decisions and market changes.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, burn rate, and runway; inform capital planning.
• Support fundraising strategy, equity management, and funding round analysis.
• Prepare investor-ready models, narratives, presentations, and data rooms.
