Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and other departments to resolve customer issues.
• Support service level targets and complete tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Generate sales and cash leads, promote DHL value-added services, and promote electronic shipping solutions.
• Ensure courteous communication, timely service recovery, and proactive updates to customers.
• Respond to customer queries within agreed expectations and collaborate with the DHL network.
