Job summary

FCV Tobacco Limited in Islamabad is seeking a Sales Executive to guide buyers from inquiry to proforma invoice and FOB shipment. You will verify licenses, explain price lines, and ensure compliance during the process. The role requires strong English, numerical skills, and the ability to learn tobacco vocabulary quickly.

On-site work in E-11, Islamabad, with a 1:00 PM–10:00 PM schedule and interview-based days. Bonuses apply and the ideal candidate has B2B/export experience in bulk commodities.

Qualifications

• Fluent spoken and written English; most buyers are outside Pakistan and negotiate in writing.
• Comfort handling numbers: tonnage, price per kilo, container loads and payment terms.
• Willingness to learn tobacco vocabulary (stalk positions, colour classes, strips versus whole leaf) well enough to answer a buyer without guessing.
• Discipline to follow the company's buyer verification and sanctions screening rather than rushing a deal.
• On site in E-11, Islamabad, Pakistan, 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM; working days confirmed at interview

Responsibilities

• Qualify every incoming enquiry: grade, stalk position, processing form, quantity, destination port and whether the buyer holds the licences needed to import tobacco
• Prepare FOB quotations and proforma invoices and explain what each line covers
• Arrange representative samples and the laboratory results for shortlisted grades, and chase the buyer's feedback
• Walk first-time importers through packaging, the 20 MT container minimum, advance payment and pre-shipment inspection
• Log each conversation and next step in the CRM and follow up on every open quotation until it is accepted, declined or parked
