Job summary

The Fine Liners is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join its team. This role targets expanding our international e-commerce store, offering home décor products such as neon signs, LED décor, and signage across Australia, the US, and GCC markets.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in B2B or high-ticket sales, with strong objection handling and excellent English for global clients. You will earn a base salary plus uncapped commission and have opportunities to build lasting client

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in B2B or high-ticket sales (real estate, software, signage, printing, etc).
• Proven ability to handle objections and close deals.
• Excellent written & spoken English for international clients.
• Confident personality, goal-driven, result-focused.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound international leads (WhatsApp, Calls, Email).
• Convert high-value leads into sales with logic + persuasion.
• Negotiate confidently with B2B clients (cafés, restaurants, events).
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets with base + commission.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat orders.
