The Fine Liners is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Lahore to manage the post-sale journey for clients in Australia, the US, and GCC. Based in Lahore, you will coordinate updates and deliveries, ensuring a premium experience for an international clientele.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in customer success or account management, strong English communication, and familiarity with CRMs or ticketing systems.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in customer success, account management, or client servicing.
• Fluent English for international clients.
• Experience with CRMs or ticketing systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer journey after sales (updates, deliveries, coordination).
• Handle complaints and convert them into positive outcomes.
• Upsell and encourage repeat orders from existing clients.
• Maintain CRM records (orders, follow-ups, issues).
• Ensure clients receive premium-level support and satisfaction.
