Job summary

Confidential is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the global AR function, safeguarding cash flow and optimizing collections across regions. You will own end-to-end AR processes, enforce credit policies, and drive improved liquidity while collaborating with Sales and Service Delivery teams.

You will implement automation, ensure IFRS/GAAP compliance, and deliver timely AR reporting with KPIs using Power BI.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years in Accounts Receivable with at least 3 years in a global leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and international tax/compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Take complete responsibility for AR processes across geographies, aligning with global policies.
• Establish and enforce robust credit policies to minimize exposure.
• Ensure timely collection of receivables and engage external agencies when needed.
• Drive strategies to reduce overdue balances and improve cash flow.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service Delivery to provide revenue forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP and local regulations; maintain internal controls.
• Deliver AR reporting, month-end close, aging analysis, KPIs using analytics tools.
• Lead initiatives to streamline AR processes, implement automation, and optimize ERP usage.
• Liaise with Sales, Finance, and Customer Service to resolve disputes and enhance customer experience.
• Build and lead a high-performing global AR team.
