Job summary

The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is seeking a GBV Case Worker to implement case management services in line with IRC policies and GBV guiding principles. You will identify GBV risks, provide survivor-centered support, and maintain confidential case records.

Work will involve coordinating referrals to health, legal, protection, and other services, following Do No Harm and safeguarding standards in humanitarian settings. Strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with GBV/protection exposure.
• Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with GBV case management and survivor-centered approaches.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess GBV risks and needs in assigned catchment areas.
• Provide confidential, survivor-centered case management and referrals.
• Maintain accurate case records in approved systems and follow up.
• Coordinate with service providers and participate in protection meetings.
