Qualifications

• Hands-on knowledge of garment manufacturing workflows (cutting, sewing, finishing, packing).
• Ability to prepare production plans, allocate capacity, and track progress against delivery deadlines.
• Experience monitoring productivity, line efficiency, material consumption, and production costs.
• Understanding of garment quality control, defect prevention, and corrective action processes.
• Strong team leadership and communication skills, including guiding supervisors and workers.
• Problem-solving skills for resolving workflow, staffing, material, and machinery constraints.
• Competence with production records, spreadsheets, and routine operational reporting.
