Job summary

Volga Partners seeks language professionals for an AI evaluation and annotation reviewer role. This six-month+ contractor engagement requires consistent attendance, dependable availability, and adherence to project hours and meetings.

You will review AI responses, annotate language data, generate or evaluate prompts, and provide structured feedback to improve AI performance. Collaboration with QA leads and international clients is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Languages, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
Professional fluency in French with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Ability to learn new tools, follow guidelines, and adapt to changing project requirements.

Responsibilities

Review AI-generated responses for clarity, accuracy, relevance, and overall quality.
Annotate and label language content according to detailed guidelines.
Generate or evaluate prompts based on assignment requirements.
Identify linguistic errors, dataset concerns, and structural inconsistencies.
Provide clear, structured feedback to improve AI performance.
Communicate language requirements clearly to linguistic and non-linguistic stakeholders.
Collaborate with QA Leads and clients to apply feedback and maintain quality standards.
Attend client-facing meetings with camera on.
Submit daily work reports and meet productivity and quality expectations.
