LILT, Inc. seeks detail-oriented language reviewers to support AI training across diverse tasks. You will evaluate prompts and outputs, review text, and analyze multimedia content, applying local norms and brand alignment to ensure high-quality results.

Ideal candidates are native speakers with strong English, experience in AI reviewing or annotation, and meticulous attention to detail. This is a 1099 contractor role with flexible hours and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Native fluency in the target language.
• Strong command of English.
• Experience as AI reviewer, annotator or evaluator preferred.
• Comfortable working with textual and audio/video materials.
• Ability to follow detailed guidelines consistently.
• High attention to detail and nuanced judgment.

Responsabilités

• Generate original content or assess AI-generated outputs as required.
• Deliver culturally relevant content using local tone, symbolism, and market fit.
• Spot issues such as visual artefacts, inconsistent style, translation errors or cultural mismatches.
• Provide concise, structured annotations for model improvement.
• Apply evaluation guidelines consistently and participate in calibration and QA processes.
