Job summary

Volga Partners seeks language professionals for a six-month minimum engagement on a global AI project. As an AI Evaluation & Annotation Reviewer, you will review AI-generated content, annotate language data, and provide feedback to improve accuracy and reliability.

This independent contractor role requires consistent attendance and adherence to the schedule. Ideal candidates have backgrounds in linguistics, translation, localization, or quality assurance, with strong Italian skills and attention

Qualifications

• Professional fluency in Italian with strong written and verbal skills.
• Minimum of 8 years in Localization, AI Training, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Languages, Computer Science, or related field.
• Degree or certification in Italian where required.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses for clarity, accuracy, relevance, and quality.
• Annotate and label language data according to project guidelines.
• Generate or evaluate prompts based on assignment requirements.
• Identify linguistic errors, dataset concerns, and structural inconsistencies.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to support improvements in AI performance.
• Communicate complex language requirements clearly to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with QA Leads and clients to apply feedback and maintain quality standards.
• Participate in required client-facing meetings with your camera on.
• Submit daily work reports and meet productivity and quality expectations.
