Job summary

Volga Partners seeks experienced finance, audit, insurance, compliance, and legal professionals to join our on-call AI Evaluation Specialists network supporting AI model training and evaluation. This remote, on-call project-based role offers flexible hours and exposure to cutting-edge AI technologies.

Start date July 13, 2026. Projects vary; 0–20 hours per week; no guaranteed hours. Requires real-world expertise, strong English, and ability to review prompts and analyze AI outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a finance, accounting, economics, business, math, statistics, law, insurance, risk management, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in listed finance, audit, insurance, compliance, legal, or risk disciplines.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Ability to evaluate complex business, financial, audit, compliance, insurance, or legal concepts and clearly explain reasoning.
• Reliable internet connection.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and review finance, audit, insurance, compliance, and legal prompts, scenarios, and analyses.
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for factual accuracy, reasoning quality, and relevance.
• Apply professional expertise to improve AI model performance.
• Review analyses, assumptions, calculations, documentation, and recommendations.
• Identify inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and gaps; propose improvements.
• Provide structured written feedback and quality assessments.
• Collaborate with project teams to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround expectations.
