Bridge Intelligence in Lahore, Pakistan, seeks a Founding Product Manager to turn regulatory and banking workflows into a shippable product, owning the roadmap for custody, brokerage, and settlement flows, working directly with engineering and compliance.

You will define MVP scope, translate compliance into stories and criteria, and lead demos and stakeholder alignment for regulators and partners. This is a high-visibility, equity-backed opportunity with direct access to leadership.

The Role

We are looking for a Founding Product Manager to turn regulatory + banking workflows into a shippable product with a tight demo narrative. You will own the roadmap for custody, brokerage, and rail-ready settlement flows, working directly with engineering and compliance.

What You'll Do

• Define MVP Scope: that satisfies licensing expectations and enables a credible pilot.
• Translate Compliance into Product: requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release gates.
• Own Product Narrative: demos, documentation, and stakeholder alignment for regulators and partners.
• Drive Execution: sprint planning, prioritization, and ruthless scope control.
• Partner Workflow Design: onboarding, reporting, monitoring, and operational tooling for institutional partners.
• Metrics: define KPIs for operational reliability, compliance outcomes, and partner adoption.
