Job summary

People Perfect, on behalf of a leading Ice Cream & Dairy Manufacturing Company in Lahore, is seeking a Production Manager (Production & Quality Control) with 10+ years of experience to lead manufacturing operations.

The ideal candidate will oversee daily production, implement schedules, ensure QA, food safety and regulatory compliance, supervise teams, and coordinate with procurement to maintain records and SOP adherence, driving operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's degree; relevant Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Ice Cream or Dairy manufacturing.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 9001, and food safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of production processes and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations and ensure smooth manufacturing processes.
• Implement production schedules to meet demand and operational targets.
• Ensure quality assurance, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor production machinery, equipment efficiency, and maintenance.
• Coordinate with procurement and other departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate production records, batch documentation, and SOP compliance.
